L-600 Series
By popular demand, Alley Friends Architects of Philadelphia have expanded their RRinaBOX layout design system and are introducing a brand new set of drawings that utilize Lionel FasTrack. The final design for a typical 3 module layout includes a main loop utilizing O-36 FasTrack and 2 diverging loops of O-31 FasTrack with one loop crossing over the other. The center module uses O-48 FasTrack for gentle S-curves.
The RRinaBOX L-600 Series, now joins the RRinaBOX MTH 500 Series in O gauge full-size patterns to be mounted on foamcore, cut out, and assembled to create modules for constructing an O gauge train layout. RRinaBOX offers the only layout building system in O gauge.
The “L” in L-600 Series indicates that it utilizes the Lionel geometry and many customers will be happy to know they can also use track from Ross Custom Switch. Beginners can use all the O- 36 track included in a Lionel train set. The L-600 Series retains all the qualities that make RRinaBOX the easiest, fastest and most economical way to build a layout. Its foamcore construction needs no power tools or a wood shop to build. he lightweight and modular design make the layout easily transportable and like all RRinaBOX kits, the modules fold and nest for storage.
Along with its RRinaBOX predecessors in HO, N & Z scales, the L-600 Series comes with 8 exciting track plans, many running multiple trains going over top of each other. Tunnels, mountains, bridges, sidings and more features are included in the full-size patterns – all the qualities which make a layout exciting. The L-600 Series is also expandable in both length and width. Using the RRinaBOX expansion modules, a beautiful and exciting 4’x 8’ layout can be built. So, it is no longer necessary to buy a sheet of plywood and paint it green -- the RRinaBOX L-600 Series quickly and easily gets you off the ground, through the mountains, and over the bridges.

Modules
600 LFT O/S Scale A&B. The basic modular set of A & B make a 4’0”x5’4” layout. This is ideal for small apartments and seasonal/holiday use. For easy storage, the modules nest to create a RRinaBox that is 32”x40”x24”. Drawings include two tunnel portals, two girder bridges, a truss bridge, retaining walls, viaduct, and city/townscape area with streets, curbs and sidewalks. Water areas with waterfall and river bed are included.

602 LFT O/S Scales C. This C module is an ingenious method for expanding your layout on its way becoming an empire. By using multiple C modules you can make your layout as long as you like. One C module inserted between the A&B modules make a layout 4’0”x8’0”. Foamcore construction makes bolting easy, and can de disassembled for storage/transport. The addition of one C module adds 2 bridges, longer trains, additional town and scenery space (a RR yard enhances any layout), and a dock to your layout.

605 LFT O/S Scales A+C+B. These drawings combine the two previous products. This builds a layout 4’0”x8’0”. This is the most popular size for a layout; therefore, this set of drawings is our best seller. Even this layout can be expanded with additional C modules to make it longer and, in the future, modules to expand the width. Read description above for complete contents.
